Front Desk

The front desk is staffed from 8:00 AM till 7:00 PM daily.

To call the front desk during staffed hours from your room, dial "0" .

If you need to contact the front desk outside of staffed hours for an urgent matter, press "0" on your phone and when the recording picks up, follow the prompt to reach the after hours manager on duty. Please be considerate. If voicemail picks up, leave a message including your room number. The system will forward your message to a staff member on call who will get back to you shortly.

No Smoking

The DöRR Hotel property is entirely smoke-free .

There will be a $500 fee per occurrence if, in the opinion of management, there has been smoking in a room which necessitates extra cleaning, or on hotel grounds. We appreciate your cooperation.

No Pets

We do not allow pets. There will be a $500 cleaning fee if, in the opinion of management, there was a pet brought into the room which necessitates extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation.

Emergency Procedures

Dial 911 in case of an emergency.

In case of a fire, please evacuate the building using the stairs and go directly to the parking lot by the front entrance so all guests can be accounted for by management and the Fire Department.

In case of a tornado, gather on the first floor near the elevator and away from the windows until it is safe to return to your room.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping will provide daily service which includes: removing trash, replacing supplies (including towels) and making the bed. You can always request additional supplies as needed throughout your stay by contacting the front desk.

Should you not wish to have daily service, please put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. Note that the Do Not Disturb signs apply for the whole day.

If you would like new sheets, please place the sign that says "fresh sheets" on the bed, indicating that you would like fresh sheets. Please note that if any personal items are left on the bed, housekeeping will not make the bed.

If you would like to show your appreciation to your housekeeper by leaving a tip, it is greatly appreciated. You may leave a tip in the envelope provided in the room or at the front desk.

COVID Safety Precautions

The hotel has installed a PremierOne air purification system in our public area HVAC system. This system incorporates germicidal UV systems that duplicate the power of the sun to kill germs and remove odors.

We also partner with ECOLAB for all of our cleaning supplies. Facemasks, hand sanitizer, wipes, and gloves are also available for guests, see the front desk.

We do offer free parking onsite. Upon your arrival we will provide you with a parking permit and ask that you park ONLY in the spots marked "Permit Required". Please be sure to display your parking permit in your window.

There is a bike rack available for your use located at the south end of the building around the corner from the main entry. You may put your bikes in this area and lock them up. We encourage you to secure your bikes with your personal locks.

Please do not store bikes in your room or lock them to balcony railings. We will ask you to remove them.

A limited number of single speed bikes are available for your use. They are locked to the rack at the south end of the building. Please take a lock with you if you plan to leave the bike unattended. Visit the front desk to check out a bike.

Please help yourself to our complimentary specialty coffee machine in the lobby. Freshly brewed coffee is also served with breakfast.

Ceramic coffee mugs, rocks glasses, and stemless wine glasses are in your room. Disposable cups, coffee mugs, and wine glasses are available in the lobby. Please leave the mugs and glasses in your room. Please do not take any glass out on the balconies.

Each room has a Bose speaker for your use. You can connect to it by Bluetooth by pressing the power button on the far left, then press the Bluetooth button next to it until you see a blue blinking light. Then, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and select “Bose Color II Soundlink”. Please return the speaker to the charger on the nightstand after use.

Telephone Instructions

Dial 9 for an outside line. A busy signal after dialing 9 indicates that all outgoing lines are being used. There is no charge for local calls.

For long distance calls, press 8, wait for dial tone, press 1, then the phone number.

To access a message, the red light at the bottom of the keypad will be lit up. To listen, dial 8000.
